Well, is not easy to investigate, especially if no other user is reporting this issue. Maybe I will have some time to upgrade my F4-423 to TOS6 for some local tests.
From your log, it seems that the GPU hang and this can be related to kernel, GPU driver or the media played.
Have you tried to play different files? Same issue? I will provide soon a new app with updated media driver

What I can say if I watch the logs in Jellyfin I only see Remux or DirecStream when a stream is working. Everytime I see FFmpeg.Transcode it shows "Conversion failed!" with many movies I tested. When I try to set streaming bitrate below 4 Mbit/s, every movie should be transcoded. That way, I wasn*t able to play a single movie.

After running some tests locally on F4-423, it seems that GuC/HuC firmware are not loaded by the kernel. These are required for hw transcoding. Wait for updated version of Jellyfin app that will force the load of these drivers.

Install the latest ModBase1 and Jellyfin apps. HW transcoding should work now on Fx-423. NAS reboot is required after Jellyfin install. If still issue, send the start_log file
