All TNAS models
Applicable Versions:
TOS 5/6
Problem Description:
When I lose my phone that has the TNAS mobile app installed and is configured with the OTP (One-Time Password) feature, how can I regain access to my TNAS?
Solution:
If you have linked a security email address while enabling the OTP feature, you can use that email to receive the OTP verification code and log into your TNAS system. However, if you haven't linked a security email, reinstalling the TOS system will be necessary to regain access to your TNAS.
Operating Steps:
Step 1: When you attempt to log into the TOS system and are prompted to enter an OTP verification code, click on "Mobile device has been lost" on the verification page. The system will automatically send an email containing the OTP verification code to your bound security email address:

Step 2: Please log in to your security email account and utilize the verification code provided in the email to complete the OTP verification . If the verification code expires, kindly request a new one. For the sake of your account security, it is advisable to promptly unbind the OTP or rebind it with your new phone once you have successfully logged in.
Notes:A two-factor authentication service for an account can only be bound to one mobile phone (TNAS mobile). One mobile phone (TNAS mobile) can be bound to multiple OTPs.
