Conecting a domain to Terramaster f4-424

Hello, i have a error when connecting Terramaster f4-424 to domain, it shows an error - Impossible to use port 389.
Any ideas on how i can fix this please?

Generally the domian server needs to be on the same network as the device.
When it says “Impossible to use port 389”, it means that the domain server cannot be accessed on port 389. We suggest you to check the domain server or network settings.
You mentioned “The domain server network address can be accessed.” May i ask from which network and by what means are you accessing the domian server?

Добрый день! Terramaster f4-424. Tos 6.0.535.
Не могу подключится к контроллеру домена. Пиши что неверное имя пользователя или пароль. хотя он верный 100%. в TOS 5 все работало. подскажите как мне подключится к домену??
так же ошибка при проверки почты.
Помогите пожалуйста разобраться с моими проблемами!

We are currently fixing this issue. The version released on December 5th does not yet include a solution to this issue, and it will be resolved in subsequent versions. Thank you.
