F4-423.

There is no version 6 available for download on the support page...
Then it is not ready 'for prime time' yet, for your model.

It's not available for any version on the support download page. So whatever you said is well, meaningless?

Target Users:
Users currently running TOS 6.0.500 or later versions.
Note:Updates for other users will be released gradually. Please stay tuned for update notifications.

I was running TOS 6.0.500 without issues. There's no mention of which device to use and also the update was suggested from the System option of the NAS, not manually installed by me.

Well, as you might see from my signature, I am running 6.0.507 - from a clean install of 6.0.500 - on an F2-424. I downloaded the .ins file from the support pages, but from another model. However, I don't expect help from the support people if it all goes haywire. The .507 update was installed via the system update page, so I have no idea why it doesn't work for you. Maybe it is suggesting that you start again from .500 since it mentions "the installation package".

If you do not want the browser to prompt security information, you need to bind your newly applied certificate with your TNAS domain name or IP address. I hope you are familiar with these operations.
I started at 6.0.229

which beta version before you update to 6.0.507? it seems the system is not fully functional or fully updated.
I started at 6.0.229 from what I remember 6.0.420 through a number of updates to 6.0.500 and then 6.0.507.
IF you can supply full package install I could reinstall ?

I reverted back to 6.0.500, found the firmware on the F4-424 max page. Data is still OK. I'll wait for the next update before jumping from 507.

I have imported my certs and setup TOS Certificate to use my .key and .pem in FTP, HTTPS, WebDAV and WebServer but the site still loads with unsecure server and still using TerraMaster cert/key/pem (which is invalid BTW).

So its not working.

I have an f2-421. Your company has been approved to participate in the beta program and is currently at tos 6.0.229.
The official version of tos 6.0.500 was released, so I tried upgrading my NAS, but it didn't work.

In tos 5.0, it was installed on all disks in the system and booted no matter which disk was inserted. However, in the beta 6.0 version, the system cannot be installed on another disk, so I am worried that I will not be able to use the NAS in case of disk failure.

So I tried initial installation on a blank disk, but the system installation failed because the partition was not recognized.
I tried for several days but it didn't work.

When will the official version of TOS 6.0 for f2-421 be released?
