Plex server becomes unresponsive

Only restart the NAS will get the PMS reachable.

Hardware: F5-422, 12GB Ram, 5x12TB RAID
Software: TOS 06.0.500-00121, PMS 4.138.0

No issues have been verified or other similar feedback received.
Please try to turn on the Plex service again when your system resources are as low as possible.
You can try to check and fix possible file system errors that may be affecting the operation of the Plex Media Server app.

You can also try deleting or renaming the Plex shared folder to allow the Plex Media Serverr app to automatically generate a new Plex shared folder.

We have observed a similar situation and will keep an eye on the issue.

Thanks for the answer. I will do some own problem-solving things.
If i have some more details about this bug, you´ll get a report. It seems, that the 500´er update and the PMS do´nt want to be Friends. First i will make a clean install of PMS.

It is also funny, that now the "VirtualBox" runs. The previous Version of TOS and php (any Version) get an Error...

Wow. Something is wrong in my System. Now i´am not able to activate Plex and another Package. The Shared Folder is missing. Only a Restore bring it back. After reboot NAS missing again.

I have only done a clean install of PMS, no Effect, after 24h Plex Service ist down. Only the Plex-Scraper was displayed as process.

Now i will backup the Shared Folder and make Factory - RESET.

if you are running 6.1.500, you are probably wasting your time. See @TMRoy's post in the official release thread about some bad code needing to be fixed.
