[ Jellyfin ] The Free Software Media System

So I tried downloading Jellyfin to my TOS 5.1 Terramaster F4-212, and the apk that they have (10.9.4) is actually 10.9.2. It makes my Jellyfin extremely slow and laggy.

Is there any fix to this?

No issue here.

All these files played correctly on previous version 6.0.460 or are you upgrading from TOS5 ? For TOS6 , make sure the user jellyfin have read/write access to your media folder

arghl my bad, sorry. I gave every application the rights for media and files. But not the specific Movie folder for jellyfin.
It runs smoothly now again, thank you.

Hey, I am trying to set up Jellyfin, and when adding media i dont have the folders from my shares. I have read through this forum and the two things i see are "add permission to the media group" or add "permission to the Jellyfin user" I don't have either of these accounts, have I missed a step in set up?

I also ask for the update to 10.9.11 x tos5, my firestick starts saying to update to still use jellyfin

I'm trying to upgrade from 10.9.2.0 to 10.9.11.

I don't want to un-install the old version because I don't want to lose all of the settings that took me so long to setup.
Can those settings can be saved some how?

I installed 10.9.11 for TOS5, but the older 10.9.2.0 is the only version that I see on the desktop.
How can I get to the new version that I installed?

1st I stopped the 10.9.2.0 version and disabled the AutoStart.
Next I rebooted the F2-223 server.
In the App Center, I went to Settings and manually installed 10.9.11 for TOS5.
I only see the old version 10.9.2.0, so I rebooted the F2-223 server again, but that didn't seem to change anything.
