BackBlaze B2 Sync Fails to create connection

Post by sigallai »

I'm trying to connect my TNAS-F5221 to my BackBlaze B2 bucket and when I try to create the connection after entering my KeyID and ApplicationKey a few seconds later it says "Operation Failed". I cannot get it to connect. Anyone else experience this and get it to work?

I installed BackBlaze B2 Sync via the applications on the TNAS itself. Looks like it installed v2.0.11

Nevermind, I was able to fix this by installing the certs in this forum post:

viewtopic.php?t=5165

Ran this command as sudo:

Code: Select all

ter_curl --insecure -o /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bagder/ca-bundle/master/ca-bundle.crt

Return to “CloudSync”
