As a rough guess 'NO!' - For a start zero RAM cannot be correct. Nor lack of temps or fan speed.
It's been a while since I looked at specific layout for 5.1.67 but I'm sure there was more including the capacity and use of all the partitions (ie volumes and os).

Based on the screenshots you provided, it is clear that there is some anomaly in the system. If you did not format your hard disk when upgrading from TOS4 to TOS5, then it is safe to assume that you are currently using the old partition format of TOS4.
We recommend you to backup your data, clear the hard disk partitions, and then reinstall TOS5 for a normal and better experience.
