Re: SSD Compatibility List (will be continuously updated)
Hello Everyone,
First post here. I use a T12-423.
I first purchased a Crucial P3 1TB PCIe Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 3500MB/s - CT1000P3SSD8 for SSD caching, it worked fine. I decided i wanted to max my capacity so I upgraded it to the "Crucial P3 4TB PCIe Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 3500MB/s - CT4000P3SSD8".
When i install this in the unit and power on, the device just constantly loudly beeps and nothing boots or shows on the screen. I am pretty sure this means that the Crucial P3 4TB PCIe Gen3 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 3500MB/s - CT4000P3SSD8 is incompatible with the unit. If I am wrong please let me know.
I looked on the web for what it means if the TOS unit wont start up and just beeps but i found no results.
Thanks

Re: SSD Compatibility List (will be continuously updated)
We have tested and confirmed that some models are also compatible with TDAS products. The compatibility of other models is unknown.PaleSkinnySwede wrote: ↑10 Jul 2024, 22:08 Will any of those drives also work in the D8 Hybrid? I'm looking to get 2 NVM drives to start with when my D8 finally arrives.

Re: SSD Compatibility List (will be continuously updated)
Please re-add F5-221 back to the downloadable compatibility list. I do understand that newer drives will not be tested for compatibility but it is useful to us who have one (or more in my case) and are looking for replacement drives. Alternately, if you could post the last list before the model was removed, it would be greatly appreciated.
Re: SSD Compatibility List (will be continuously updated)
I couldn't find a way to edit my post so I will post a reply. I managed to find the list via the wayback machine.

Re: SSD Compatibility List (will be continuously updated)
What's the heatsink thickness? The 424 models have something like a 2mm restriction.
