4 digit Verification code after 3 failed logins

After 3 failed logins to TOS the login screen shows a 4 digit verification code as extra while logging in.

I attempted login and input the 4 digit verification code but a message flags up thatr the code is incorrect.

Hi, the CAPTCHA code help to prevent excessive illegal login attempts. there is nothing wrong here except that you typed an incorrect CAPTCHA code. The code symbol is difficult to be recognized, you can click on the symbol to refresh it until you find one that is comfortable for you to read.

I know this is old but I am having the same issue. I can assure you that the code is correct yet it's saying it's not.

Invariably I cannot read the code and have to enlarge the screen. Then, inevitably, it does not work.

Please clean your browser cache, restart your TNAS and try again.

same problem here, i certainly entered a correct code, but TNAS says it"s incorrect. The extra security step from TM is welcome, but only if it works as intended. Frustrating... to say the least
