This means your drive does not support hdd temp S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, or your drive has not been updated to hddtemp database. You need to report this issue to your drive supplier.
Hello! The computer displays the temperature of this disk correctly using hwmonitor, CrystalDiskInfo and the proprietary Western Digital Dashboard utility.
These WD Black SN770 drives have 2 temperature sensors.
I would venture to suggest that the problem is that even on a computer, some utilities cannot correctly identify memory controllers from San Disk and WD.
