After upgrade to 5.140 stops access by SSH (while service is enabled and configured), and no any access by SMB to shares.
Cold reboot restores access by SSH and SMB shares, but this is no good.

There is no such TNAS model like U12-322, are you referring to U12-322-9100?
You seem to have used TOS4 before? If so, your storage structure cannot meet the new TOS5 version, we recommend you to keep using the previous version:
Install TOS 5.1.24

If you want to use the new TOS5 version, this may be a troublesome operation step. You need to back up the data after installing TOS5.1.24, reset the hard disk, and then reinstall TOS. For detailed steps, please refer to:

Sorry, this is U12-332. but problem with occasional no access to ssh and smb still exist.
