TNAS Mobile 3 "Conection lost, please log in again"

Post by fmattbp »

TNAS F4-421
Recently upgraded to 5.1.33-00360
TNAS Mobile 3.1.6

Every time I try to log in a error message displays "Conection lost, please log in again". The "Force redirection from HTTP to HTTPS connectios" option is disabled, in the mobile application no matter if I try with HTTP (port 8181) or HTTPS (port 5443) it keeps displating the same error.

Any other configuration that should I check?

Are you using the TNAS.online link to connect or use the Internet IP/DDNS domain name + mapped port to connect?
If you use TNAS ID.tnas.link\TNAS ID.cn.tnas.link\TNAS ID.us.tnas.link\TNAS ID.eu.tnas.link to connect, you don't need to fill anything at "port" box.

I'm using the IP address to log in. I don't have enabled the remote login with TNAS ID, I would prefer the IP method to keep remote login disabled.
