Cant add new files?

This i mainly a multimedia streamer file problem, basically my movie files are showing up on some devices and not on others and are not in the multimedia list, however if a try and add them I get a message that says file already added so what can I do to remedy this problem.

I also cannot delete files from file manager, how do I do this?

I can't understand your question clearly.How do you access the file? Please describe it in detail and attach a screenshot.

OK F5-221 in the multimedia server app there are movie folders that I have added, and there are files of a similar name but not exactly the same that I have tried to add from file manager, but I get a message that says (file already exists) but it doesn't, is it the similar name that's causing the problem, and how do I deal with it?

But I cannot delete any of these files that are in the file manager to try and sort this problem, can this actually be done?

OK, figured out how to delete files from file manager....must have forgotten.

Anyway, on trying to add two shared filses that contain movies to the directory in the multimedia server it keeps saying that these files are already in the index, but they are not!

Trying to change the folder name. What is the version of TNAS system? Please provide more screenshots.
