Absolutely, hugely disappointed. So many missing features and security issues on the ARM branch and instead of addressing them, you further neglect them by excluding them from a much-needed platform upgrade.

Did you install the correct version from the download link? you need to unzip the file and run the exe file. what message you get when you run the exe installation file? would you provide a screenshot?

New TNAS PC 5.0.22 takes huge 361 Mb after installation. And it is totally hanging after launching under Windows 10. So it is not passible to install TNAS 5.0, because previous version of TNAC PC (4.x.x, 2 Mb) is not recommened to use during installation.

Sorry TMroy, but how many link about tnas app there are in the first post?
I install the app from the unzipped exe, i launch the installed app, the app start but i can't see the window, i only see the icon in the app bar. Nothing else. I'm sorry but screenshot is useless, it show nothing

I have the same problem with Mac version too, same problem, seems to launch but does not draw the interface just a ghosting line at the top but no other visual content.

May I have your masOS version? what mac model number? macbook? macbook pro?
If the macOS security stop the installation, you need to go to "System Preference > Security& privacy", and click "allow the app to install anyway".
