Re: how to start over with data?

Because of the changes that have occurred in your system I would not like to answer that. But, now you know why the spacce has been used up, hopefully @TMSupport may be able to offer some insight. (Might help if you could show snapshot lists.)

Re: how to start over with data?

I'm not sure if this is relevant to your situation but if you have a snapshot of 'data', the 'data' is not copied or stored in the snapshot. But, If the 'data' is then deleted, the data space is not cleared/released back to the file system - it is merely reallocated to be part of the snapshot. If yo...

Re: M.2 TOS Boot

I have no hard and fast information about this but, just thinking out loud, I would imagine that the 'disk selection' idea would only work at time of installation. Then the OS copies on ALL your hdd would need to be removed (8GB x 12 in Raid 1 per system). I presume that would also involve removal o...

Data scrubbing only applicable for single RAID set like RAID 1/5/6/10, it is not applicable for TRAID or TRAID+.
Perhaps you could explain WHY it (data scrubbing) is not needed with TRAID.

There are no cast iron guarantees in this respect. There is always a chance of something going wrong. That is why the computer gods invented BACKUPS. Only ignore backups if yo8u can afford to lose the data.

Re: TOS 5 Key Features and Enhancements

It seems that when I first open the control panel, go to the Pool section and first click on the (far right) MENU ICON, Data scrubbing appears, but disappears again quick as a rat up a drain pipe. Blink and you can miss it and it won't appear again. Looks like some menu manipulation going on. If thi...

Re: FS-223 Wifi Support

We don't have any purchase method applicable to your area. Maybe you can ask customer service in the WiFi store of your shopping platform. Really :?: If someone in Turkey has the whit to purchase a Terra-master device, I'm sure they can manage to purchase a compatible USB Wifi device , if only @TMS...

I'll get back to you on this as I'm a bit busy today. Initial, very brief, test was 'No Change'. :(

Re: Change the SMB service configuration

I think you may be able to add addition configuration options in the 'advanced' section of SMB config. (Obviously, "suck it and see")

Re: The TOS 6 Beta Is Now Available for Public Testing

You are doing nothing wrong. The system partition is default on all drives, even in TOS6Beta. There is no 'installation' package for TOS6 and no forecast for such delivery. AS for the promised ability to define a specific system disk, I'll believe it when I see it. (Also, please note if you define ...
