Okay, so I raised this with slupport ended up reinstalling TOS on both HDD to be able to accesss the files.
I followed Method B (hot mount from no HDD on boot) outlined on this post: viewtopic.php?t=423

How many storage pools and volumes did you create? It does not seem logical that you would have OS and media on separate disks under tos5 (Version?). Tos operating system is typically installed across all drives as a raid mirror. So, if one drive crashed you would have to rebuild the array. Re-inst...

Based on your description, I recommend restarting your device and then checking if HDD2 has been successfully mounted.
