[Help] Some audio tracks are not available

I have two Samsung TVs, different models.
Both are smart TVs and have a DLNA client installed.
I have downloaded some media files, mostly movies from torrents, which have multiple audio tracks, such as different languages.
Both TVs give me a choice of these audio tracks.
However, some audio tracks are not shown on both TVs. How can I diagnose and fix this issue? Logs can't help.

There are several options available on the Multimedia Server app, particularly those related to compatibility; perhaps one of them will help.

I have tried these options, but no one didn't help. My question is how to diagnose the issue? How can I enable Debug or more logs?

Sorry but we currently don’t have many solutions for compatibility issues that vary depending on the TV model. Perhaps you could consider other connection methods:

After enabling these options, I see many errors and warnings in the syslog.

You can send the complete errors and alerts to our technical support email (

BTW, after enabling/disabling these options, there is a mess in media folders on TVs shown by DLNA

The log isn't really helpful—it's just routine information when mediaindex starts up. You can use mediainfo to check audio track information, or you might also consider using Plex.

- I think enabling options on the GUI should not add a lot of errors to logs. Isn't it? How can I fix these errors?
- I didn't use Plex. I only used the Multimedia Server and the DLNA on my TVs.
How can I use mediainfo to check the audio track information? Please give me an example.
