Cannot get to initialize screen f2-210 NEW

I have a brand new f2-210 and TNAS PC finds my Nas just fine. But when I click on LOGIN it says " the system cannot find the file specified'.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program but it doesn't help. Also turned off and unplugged the system and removed and reinserted the 2 drives. All lights are green so I'm not sure what else could be wrong.

Anyone have help for this?

May be worth trying to do it without the PC app, as I did here viewtopic.php?f=21&t=992.

Could you log onto TOS webpage by entering the TNAS IP address into browser's address bar directly?
