I have an F4-425 Plus. Originally, I had 2x 12TB hard drives setup in TRAID. I wanted to add more storage, so I figured (and ChatGPT told me) that I could add two 10TB hard drives to it and expand the TRAID. I added the drives, but now I don't see any options to expand the TRAID.

According to the expansion rules of the TRAID array and your current configuration, any newly added drive must have a capacity greater than or equal to the smallest drive in the array (i.e., 12TB), and must not be smaller than this capacity.
Since the drive you added is 10TB, which is smaller than the minimum drive capacity in the array (12TB), it cannot be used to expand the current TRAID array.
We recommend replacing it with a drive of 12TB or larger, after which you will be able to proceed with the expansion normally.
