[Help] Volume1 was full => restart NAS => Volume1 displayed corrupted

Hello,
The volume was full and TOS 6 became read only
I wasn't no more able to delete snapshots
I then restarted the NAS
Then the Volume1 was displayed as corrupted => does it mean that all my 5,3TB data are lose?
when I try via ssh to remount Volume1:
...@TNAS:~# sudo mount -o rw,usebackuproot,nologreplay /dev/mapper/vg0-lv0 /Volume1
mount: /Volume1: must be superuser to use mount.
...@TNAS:~#

==> I think Volume1 is not corrupted but TOS cannot mount it
How can I mount Volume1 at least to retrieve all data please?

NAS SSD 8 plus with 4 SSD of 2TB
TOS version 6.0.794

Thanks in advance for your help,
ind57

The initial account created on the NAS for SSH login is a super administrator with full privileges. You can execute commands directly without ‘sudo’.

You can use this command to mount: mount /dev/mapper/vg0-lv0 /Volume1

Good morning,
I have the same problem. The root directory was full. After reading on the forum, I deleted files via SSH and restarted. When I opened it, I found all the volumes corrupted. I have an F6-424 Max with two 2TB NVMe drives (system) and two 22TB mechanical drives (data).
What can I do to fix it? Should I delete the volume and recreate it from the TOS interface? Would I lose any data?

Nada, ya lo he solucionado usando la IA. No he perdido los datos, pero he tenido que instalar y configurar muchas cosas.

We will try our best to help you solve the problem.
The symptoms visible on the page alone are not sufficient to pinpoint the issue. We recommend that you generate a system report and send it to our technical support email address for analysis.

Hello Jaguera,
Personaly I have sent the system report and received absolutly no answer...
In order to retrieve my data, I create a linux bootable usb key and launch the NAS from it. Then I mounted the volume on this linux and retrieved my data to my PC (chatgpt and gemini are your friends). And then I reinstalled the NAS.
Good luck...
