[Help] D8 331 TB3 Won't Power On after Outage

I'm dealing with a power issue right now and it's significant enough to drain my UPS before it's resolved. Having to manually turn my D8 back on manually after each power failure is not ideal. I searched settings in the RAID Pro manager and there's nothing there that I could see. Is there any way to enable this? It seems like it would be default behavior for a DAS array. Also, is there a BIOS update beyond 1.1.2? There's no BIOS updates on the download page, just the raid driver and the raid manager.
