[Help] Insufficient Space Error
I'm logged to the TOS Web interface using an Admin Account User, I'm trying to copy folders between two Users that are members of the allusers group, I keep getting "Replication failed!Insufficient available space". Storage Pool 1 shows 2.85TB free, the folder size that I'm copying is less than 3MB. I've reviewed User Permissions and Storage Quota (I'm using EXT4) and don't find any issues. I'm using TOS 6.0.794-01324 on a F2-424.

Are you referring to copying folders between different user folders under the home directory? Please generate and download the log report in TOS > Technical Support > Issue Report, then send it to our technical support email ([email protected]). We will analyze it.

Re: [Help] Insufficient Space Error
Hello! The issue you are experiencing may be caused by the inode limit of the ext4 file system. When creating an EXT4 file system, the number of inodes is typically determined based on the disk size and the -i parameter setting. If the file system contains a large number of small files, it may lead to the exhaustion of inode resources, making it impossible to create new files even if there is sufficient free disk space. You can check the inode usage by running the df -i command.
To address this issue, the recommended solution is to promptly clean up and release inode resources. Specifically, this involves locating and deleting the numerous small files that are consuming inodes.

Re: [Help] Insufficient Space Error
By looking at your screenshot, the current inodes are sufficient and this is not the cause of the copy failure.
You can try copying between two regular user folders via SMB to rule out issues with the web page.
Additionally, you can generate a system report and send it to us for analysis, including the link to this post in the email body.

Re: [Help] Insufficient Space Error
I turned on SMB and was able to copy a file between two regular user folders via SMB.
I see the copied file on the TOS web page. I then deleted the file on the TOS web page, then tried to copy the same file between the same users and got the same "Replication failed!Insufficient available space" error.
