[Help] Can't add files to d2-320 das

Hello,
I've been using a TM d2-320 with two 10TB drives connected to a Beelink S12 Pro for my Plex server, and it has been running flawlessly for months. However, today I'm encountering an issue while trying to add more content to my DAS. The file transfers just stall; it shows that the transfer is ongoing, but it literally hangs there, with the estimated completion time continuously increasing.

I've cancelled the transfer and attempted it again after restarting, but the problem persists. I've also tried transferring from different external SSDs, yet it still stalls. There’s about 8.5TB of free space available on my Plex server, so I’m a bit at a loss here.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

There may be a file system error or HDD failure. You can try connecting to a PC or Mac and use the Disk Utility to repair the partition. Additionally, you can check the various indicators of the HDD and scan for bad sectors.
