[Help] Manage Team Folders - Operation Failed

Post by AGiLiT »

I was very please when I figured out how to set up a bidirectional sync between some files in a shared folder on my NAS and some folders on my MAC. Using the TerraSync app, I added the parent share into Team Folders and using the TerraSync client, I set up a Sync task. It ran successfully and I was able to confirm that changes made to local files on my MAC were synced to the NAS. Happy days!

However, now when I go into the TerraSync app, when I select Manage Team Folders in the Console section, I get an 'Operation Failed!' popup and no files show up. The Shared Folder does show up under Team Folders in the Team section of the app.

What am I doing/have I done wrong? Am I missing something?

I am running TOS 6.0.794 on an F4-425 Plus. Thanks.
