[Help] System disk migration from hdd to m2  [SOLVED]

Post by RaiDerSpb »

Hello everyone! Please, help.
I have 3 hdd in my F4-424. Now I get trouble with sleep mode, my NAS doesn't get into sleep mode after 10 minutes not using. I am hearing, that disks is working, so I decided upgrade NAS and install mvme make it as system disk.
So, the question, is the migration system disk to m2 requires formatting disks or I save all my information on all hdd?

If you are using a version later than 6.0.770, you can use the System Disk Management feature to migrate the system to an M.2 hard disk without formatting the hard disk, and it will not affect the existing data on the hard disk.
