TerraMaster F4-424 PRO – random hard power-off under disk load (TOS 6)

I have been in contact with TNAS support for days now.
I am using the latest BIOS on the F4-424 Pro with the latest TOS 6.
I bought the unit and only after a about 1 month, I started to load my files to the TNAS.
Before I knew it, I had 2 occasions where I got a message on the web login that the power was shut off abnormally and files copied may be at risk.
I took serious precautions since this is not a joke and shutting down without pressing the button or a real power outage is terrifying for a NAS bay that is supposed to save my family memories.
There are only 2 HDD bays in use and 2 NMVE slots used. I wouldn't expect the power level to be high.
What I discovered was that if I place a small fan directly towards the power adapter only then it will not shut off randomly.
I have since move several TB's of data to my hard drives on the TNAS without interruptions.
Has anyone else had their brand new TNAS have an overheating power adapter?
