[Help] Cannot re-enable remote access because of account errors

Post by SunDogBC »

I had remote access working but today it is no longer enabled. Instead, I get "Operation failed".

Even worse, when I try to log in to me TerraMaster account:
  • It says my password is wrong
  • When I try to reset it, it says my account doesn't exist
  • When I try to register a new account, it says the confirmation code just sent isn't valid
Surely there's something wrong on the TerraMaster end?

Sorry, I thought I replied to my original report but apparently I did not.
It must have been down temporarily or some other glitch because it has been working since the following day.
