Cause:
This error is typically related to the SA GV feature in the BIOS. In some cases, this feature can cause compatibility issues with third-party memory, leading to memory detection errors.
Solution:
Disable the SA GV feature in the BIOS settings to improve compatibility with third-party memory.
Steps to Resolve:
1.Enter BIOS Setup:
During boot-up, press the ESC key or Del key to enter the BIOS Setup screen.
2.Enable Hidden Menu:
In the BIOS interface, press the "CTRL" and "," (comma) keys simultaneously to enable the hidden menu.
3.Navigate to Chipset Settings:
Use the arrow keys (→) to navigate to the "Chipset" page. Then, use the down arrow key (↓) to select the "System Agent (SA) Configuration" option.
4.Enter Memory Configuration Submenu:
Press Enter to enter the "System Agent (SA) Configuration" submenu, then select "Memory Configuration" and press Enter again.
5.Disable SA GV Function:
In the "Memory Configuration" submenu, locate the "SA GV" option and press Enter. In the menu that appears, select "Disabled" to disable the SA GV function, then press Enter to confirm.
6.Save and Exit BIOS:
Press F4, and in the confirmation dialog that pops up, select "Yes" to save the settings and exit the BIOS.
