Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble getting my TerraMaster NAS to connect properly to my local network. It doesn’t show up in the Windows network list, even after assigning a static IP and confirming that the network cable is fine. I’ve also tried resetting both the NAS and my router, but the issue still remains.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Are there specific settings in TOS or the router that I should review to ensure a reliable network connection?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Re: [Help] Troubleshooting Connection Issues
What is the model of the NAS and the TOS system version?
Is the NAS in the same subnet as the PC?
Please check TOS - Control Panel - File Service or TOS - Control Panel - Network Discovery Service.
