After updating my Terramaster F4-424 Pro to the new version .0794, a serious problem has arisen. I no longer have IP access to the NAS, which has resulted in the loss of all referenced services and NAS data. Access is only possible through tnas.online or by naming the NAS.
In other words, when I try to access the NAS via https://192.168.1.100:[port], there is simply no access. Has anyone else experienced this?

I already contacted them yesterday and they didn't know what was happening, and we arranged an intervention with the engineer on Monday, but my urgency was extreme and I reinstalled the system and although it didn't work very well, I recovered data, deleted the system and installed thunder, which is more viable and not every bez I update fails.
