We hereby clarify that all applications in this module are maintained by community developers. TerraMaster only offers display and download services for these applications and is not involved in their daily management or technical support.
If you encounter any issues while using these applications, we recommend trying to resolve them on your own, or visiting the application section of our official forum at viewforum.php?f=114 to discuss with other users. You may also contact the application developers directly for assistance.



II. Charging Issues
Any fees associated with applications in the Community App are determined solely by their respective developers. TerraMaster is not involved in pricing decisions or management and assumes no responsibility in this regard. Before downloading or using any application, please carefully review the relevant descriptions and terms to understand its pricing policy and avoid unnecessary disputes.

To my great regret, TerraMaster Community Place is not a free resource.
The limit of five downloads per week for free users severely restricts users’ capabilities. This is not enough, especially for new users who often want to try all the available applications.

In addition, many of your users are unable to purchase a paid subscription due to the unlawful restrictions imposed by the United States.
As a result, this resource is effectively commercial.
