[Help] Problems with web access on the internal network

Hi everyone.
Web access from the internal network is simply terrible. Even if I managed to get into TOS, I couldn't launch any application—not the file manager, not the settings, not the photo manager—in short, not a single application would start. I tried clearing the browser cache—it didn't help. I tried changing browsers—nothing helped. Everything works through the mobile app, but nothing works through the computer via the web.
I can't even open the help and support app to write about this.

Sometimes it takes ten tries for everything to start, but it's extremely unstable.
I don't even know what to do with this.

Anyone know what could be wrong and how to fix it?
Please give me some ideas. I'm at a loss as to where to look or what to check.
