Hi all

I can't access my encrypted folder via win11 network drive map. It doesn't accept my password.

Non encrypted folders work. Any help please?

First, you need to log in to TOS with a browser to check whether the encrypted shared folder has been successfully mounted and whether it can be viewed normally in the TOS file manage.
If you have restarted TNAS, you need to remount the encrypted shared folder before you can access it normally.

Hi there,

Thanks. The folder is definitely mounted , I found out you have to activate guest access, then I can map the drive and access it , otherwise it won't work. If I disable guest access and unmount the folder, and mount back , I can't access it again ...

Normally, the shared folder should be accessible via SMB immediately after mounting. I have escalated your issue to our internal team for investigation. Please allow us some time to verify and address the problem.
