Engage in discussions, seek assistance, and report issues related to client applications, including: TNAS PC for Windows and macOS, TNAS mobile for iOS and Android, as well as smart TV applications and clients.
1. Open the "Places" function in the Photos app on the web to see if any content is displayed;
2. Go to "My > Connection Method" in the TNAS mobile app to confirm your current network connection method.
If the connection method is displayed as "TRT Connection," TNAS mobile may not be able to load data properly in a forwarding network environment due to unstable network conditions and slow data transmission.

1) Yes it works fine, I can see all my Places cards as usual
2) Connection is TPT from mobile APP
BTW only the Places page doesn't work in mobile APP, all the other selection in Album works, for ex. I can see the cards grouped by AI analysis. Rather if I select Places the page is still empty.
This happened in a recent TOS & APP (or mobile OS too) update because months ago I remember that Places page was working fine too.
