Synchronization of Google Photos content is not supported at the moment. We will submit this as a requirement to the project team.

If your photos are stored on your mobile phone, you can sync them to your NAS using TNAS mobile app.

Having the same issue. I can offer you a rather clunky interim solution that I am currently using.

1. Use Cloudsync to sync files from your NAS to Google Drive.
2. Use a service like Multicloud. (https://www.multcloud.com) to sync from Google Drive to Google Photos. A lot of these providers have Black Friday deals this time off year.

The big downside is that you end up doubling you Google storage usage. Once the files sync from Google Drive to Google Photos you have two copies. If you delete them from Google Drive, they get readded by Cloudsync on its next run.

If anyone has a better solution or a way to prevent the duplicates in Google storage, I would appreciate comments.

A direct path would be much more efficient!!!
