Questions abour ordering

I know this isn't the best place, but I've already reached out to service@ and haven't got a response.

What is the usual length of time before my order ships?

I placed an order on Oct 2nd and got a notification that they usually ship within 48 hours, and I would be notified. It's now a week later, and I haven't received a notification. As I mentioned, I emailed service@ inquiring and I haven't received a response yet.

The charge has already been posted to my card. I would just like to know if my product has shipped.
