[Help] remotely access not enabled  [SOLVED]

Hi
I have F4-424 max nas and TOS 6 version is 6.0.770 but when I enabled to my remotely access to my device is not working and not enabled please help me my terramaster account mail id is [email protected] and I have also registered to my device on this account.
