Events not recording

I have a Reolink Doorbell and I am using ONVIF and the camera is detected.
I can record constantly, but I rather only record events but it doesn't seem to work at all. Not only that, if I am on live view and an event happens, the web page displaying TOS gos crazy and completely unresponsive for the duration of the event.
I Have a F2-424 with 32 GB memory.
In Surveillance Manager/Camera/Edit Camera/Record i have Disable recording checked. In Event/Movement Detection Camera is selected as well as Interference detection source Camera is also selected.

What should be the correct setting to ONLY record events. I do not want to record hours of nothing happening, only events.

We have understood the situation you reported. Unfortunately, the Surveillance Manager app does not currently support the use case you mentioned. Your requirement has been submitted and is awaiting discussion on possible implementation solutions.
