I just got my F6 424 Max, and I thought it was going well but, while it has local access, it does not see the internet. I discovered this when I tried to pull down apps. I got the error below.

When I look at the dashboard, I see a disconnected for WAN. I'm brand new to Terramaster and home NAS. I do not know what next steps are.

Please help

I am posting this from the same network, and I do not see any deny logs on my firewall.

OK. I'm an idiot. I had installed this into a newly created VLAN for servers. I forgot to tell DNS to actually service this VLAN. As soon as I did, everything is working as expected. I'll mark this as resolved,
