[Help] F4-212 fans not spinning (overheating)

Post by Stack2705 »

Hi,

The fans on my new unit are not spinning. My drive is overheating! What can I do to fix this, and why would it be acting like that?

I really need this setup as soon as possible!

Even if you adjust the fan operation mode under Control Panel > General Settings > Hardware and Power > Hardware, the fan still does not spin?

Yeah. I tried all settings and no dice.

And while I was figuring out why this expensive box wasn't working, my fruit tree got stolen from. Another year without tasting them.

If the fan still fails to rotate after adjusting the mode, it is likely due to a hardware malfunction. You can contact the official online customer service to inquire about relevant after-sales services. Additionally, could you please open the left cover of the product and check if the fan cable has become disconnected or similar issues?
