ClamAV Scan Schedule not working

I have ClamAV scheduled to run weekly:

Device: TNAS-7999
TOS Version: 6.0.694
ClamAV Version: 1.4.003
But ClamAV never runs automatically. It says it is going to, but then never does unless I run the scan manually. Why isn't the automatic job running?
This has been broken for at least the past several version. Potentially always in V6

Please uncheck first and second options, only enable 3rd one, check again if it works.

Is this ever going to be fixed? I have a TNAS F2-425 and you can clearly see the scheduled scan is not running.
I told it to start at 19:05 and the time passed and ClamAV did nothing.
It will not scan nor will it update the database. The log files are completely empty unless I manually run the scan.
This problem looks to be quite old. Is Terramaster ever going to address this?

Which TOS version are you using?
{My installation appears to be running, but I have set up a test run for this morning to verify.}

We are trying to reproduce the situation you mentioned.
Could your TOS version information and Clam AV version information be the same as those of Vertebrae0296?
If they are not, please let us know so we can better locate the issue.

I have one nas where the OS and Clamav versions match. Other machines are running TOS7

You can see in my photo the last time this ran was on Dec 20, 2025. That's when I manually ran a scan. Since then, it has never triggered as scheduled.
