[Help] access shared folder remotely

hello everyone. i installed tnas and shared the folder. i can connect remotely too. my need is to create a real connection on file explorer to be able to easily use shared files remotely quickly. i didn't succeed, i don't know where to start, do i have to open ports on the fritzbox? do i have to activate something on the nas? or is what i'm asking not feasible? thanks

Hello, if your NAS network has a public IP, you can try enabling the WebDAV or FTP feature in the NAS file services and configure the corresponding port forwarding on the router.
