[Help] Cannot enable Plex after upgrade to PlexMediaServer-1.41.7.9799

Hi! I have a Terramaster NAS F2-423 running TOS 5.1.67 and while in the App Center today, I updated the Plex Media Server to 1.41.7.9799. It installed without issue, except it will not enable. I click the Enable button, and it states "Enabling..." for a few seconds before showing "Operation Failed".
Is there any way to revert back to the previous version, or have I just lost my entire setup?

The update may have failed due to outdated cache. Please clear your browser cache and try downloading again (most likely cause).
There might be compatibility issues with the old and new versions. Try deleting Plex folder and then start the app to regenerate the configuration file.
The storage volume may be insufficient. You can try moving or deleting some files appropriately.
There could be a filesystem error. Please attempt to check and repair potential errors:

I cleared my browser's cache, but I cannot "download again" within the app center without uninstalling it. I have two options: Enable and Uninstall. I tried Enabling and received the "operation failed" popup again. So you're asking me to uninstall?
My storage volume still has over 1tb of free space left, so I don't believe that is the issue.
Where do I find /User/Plex within TOS? I am not seeing that directory in the file manager. Or is it something else you're trying to describe?

Sorry, it should be your shared folder named Plex. Please delete or rename it, then start the Plex service to generate a new Plex shared folder. If you accidentally placed media files there, please back them up first.

I renamed it to Plex-OLD, tried to enable. No luck.
I uninstalled it, and re-downloaded it. No luck to enable. Going to try to click the "delete all configuration files" when uninstalling and see if that does the trick.
UPDATE: Nope. Still cannot enable, and therefore it's not showing up on the TOS desktop screen. I'm at a loss as to what else I can possibly do.

After enabling the Plex Media Server app service, you can send its icon to the desktop from the corresponding app page in the App Center. The current issue is whether your Plex Media Server app service can be enabled.

No. It will not enable, as mentioned in the UPDATE of my last reply. I have no idea what else I can possibly do.

We recommend you contact technical support via email suppor(at)terra-master.com or Official Live Chat to provide them with a system report for analysis.

You might try enabling it step by step according to the Plex Media Server usage guide:

I was having the same issue. General release wouldn't enable, so I tried the Plex beta server version. That wouldn't enable either.
I navigated to the Plex folder and found the logs. The log showed
"Exiting due to bind address already in use".
It was a port issue. I checked ports and Tailscale was using the Plex port. I disabled Tailscale and Plex fired right up. Tailscale fired up fine after Plex.
