[Help] F2-220 factory reset stalled  [SOLVED]

I attempted to perform a factory reset from the Control Panel, but now it seems that my server is possibly hung and I'm not sure what to do.
I walked out of the room after going through the steps to confirm the reset, so I'm not sure how far into this process I currently am.

It's been about an hour since I confirmed the reset. Currently, the power on led is green and a LAN led is green. Neither of the hard drive led lights are lit up. Both hard drives were fully functional just prior to the factory reset.

There is no IP address associated with this device currently showing up on my network, and TNAS PC cannot locate the server. I am concerned that if I forcibly power it down and restart it, I won't be able to get into it at all.

How do I proceed?

Hi dear customer, please power off NAS, restart without all hard drives, check if you can hear 3 beeps after 3 seconds

I shut down the system, removed the hard drives, and I was able to hear the 3 beeps, 3 seconds after rebooting.

If you hear three beeps, it might be a system issue. You can refer to this post on the forum to reinstall the system: viewtopic.php?t=423
