[Help] UPDATE CHECK FAILED

I am encountering this issue again regarding my device. (see image attached)
I have previously encountered this issue when I was about to check for updates for my F2-423 and the only solution I thought of was to reset it and initialize the device again.
I have no idea what's causing this problem.
