I bought a D5 Hybrid 5-Bay, installed 2 disks in raid 1/ There are no problems with recording, I copied 2 TB of data to the system. When reading from the device, the D5 constantly turns off and starts working only if the system is turned off with the button and then turned on. I can't copy data anywhere at all, constant shutdowns.
HELP

Please try reinstalling the data cable and hard drive to avoid issues caused by poor contact.
Try adjusting the sleep settings and restarting your PC:

If that doesn't work, you can try backing up your data and reinitializing it. If the problem is with the file system, this action might resolve it.
