Hi everybody

My newly purchased F6-424 Max don't start. Only the fans are spinning. no beep no light or anything.
Can someone please help me?
I installed nothing, no hdd, no ssd and no other ram

Based on your description, it is very likely a hardware issue. If you are certain that you are using the original power adapter and there are no power supply issues, you can record a video showing the problem and send it to [email protected].
