Volume and shared folder are gone

I had a TNAS with 2 HHD, 1st with 14TB and 2nd with 12TB on my 4 bay TNAS F4212.
I had 1 volume and Pool 1 with 12TB of data (I Understand that the second HHD served as backup)
I recently added a 3rd 14TB HHD.

While trying to integrate the 3rd HHD in a second Pool 2, volume 1 is gone and shared folder as well. It doesn't allow me to create volumens, pools or shares folders anymore. Is the data gone?

Could you assist me with this? I have enable the remote assistance
