Updating docker containers to the latest version

Is there a way to update docker containers to the current version on https://hub.docker.com/?
Is there a clear instruction somewhere. I'm used to doing it with one button, but apparently it doesn't work like that on Terramaster.
I installed Portainer, I didn't understand anything about this nonsense, now I launched this nonsense, it asks me for a login and password, which one, on what basis?

To use a newer version of the image as a container, you can currently only rebuild and reconfigure it.
The default account and password for Portainner APP are admin and admin。
